The dinner options were good, especially the steak pie. Unfortunately, the live music noise was disruptive late at night.

The total stay was very enjoyable short in a pretty Scottish town with magnificent scenery all around. We were given brand-new and compact rooms with amazingly comfortable bed, good lighting, as for instance. Central location of this good all round hotel was a bonus.

The cleanliness of the rooms stands out. Firm beds provide a solid night's sleep. Breakfast options are uncomplicated and allow for a leisurely start to the day.
Parking is a nightmare. Expect to scramble for a spot on the busy high street. The live music can be excessively loud, causing a disturbance that extends late into the night. The water pressure in the bathroom tap is over-the-top, resulting in occasional splashes instead of a gentle fill.

Couple looking for a cozy stay
We had a wonderfully spacious room, king-sized bed so big it reminded me of I was sleeping on top of the world! The dining room was really comfortable too, with delicious meals coming straight from local sources, the steak pie I had was top notch, sent me to food heaven.
it wasn't exactly a bargain, but the experience justified the cost!

Had a good one-night escape at the Crown Hotel in Callander. The king-size bed was comfortable. The hot shower hit just right, refreshing us after a long trek. A pleasant surprise awaited us at breakfast. The self-service continental spread had a fantastic variety of cereals, juices, and delicious individually wrapped pastries. Super nice team, with Heather making our check-in smooth and cute. The bar area was cozy, where I indulged in a delicious meal while the locals added charm to the atmosphere. The hotel's decor seemed dated, and the bathroom facilities didn't match the quality of the rest of the accommodation. The noise levels could be bothersome as well, particularly when music from the bar crept into our room. Regardless, the excellent service and tasty food made up for most of these inconveniences.
